My Bridge is a deeply personal series that explores my transition from the coastal expanse of Sydney's Northern Beaches to the textured, urban rhythm of the Inner West. Using oil paints with a visceral, instinctive and intuitive application, I allowed memory and emotion to guide each mark and layer. This body of work embodies a sense of homecoming - where dislocation gives way to belonging through colour, movement and the spaces in between.

Through abstraction and emotion, this series invites reflection on identity, connection, and the long-overdue recognition of Indigenous Australians. It is a call to engage in dialogue and support the constitutional enshrinement of their rights.

This exhibition marks a bold exploration into form, rhythm, and the emotional terrain of abstraction. In Abstracticus, each work is a chapter in an unfolding visual language — shifting, colliding, and expanding. The series reveals a journey of evolution: from structured gestures to raw intuition, from fragmentation to flow.
